Teams onboarded fast. Dashboards grew. Insights flowed.
The organization finally had a common view of its systems. Incidents that once took hours to trace could now be resolved in minutes. Engineers began to trust the data more than their gut and that was progress.

But then the growth caught up.

Dozens of teams became hundreds.
Requests multiplied.
Dashboards overlapped.
Alerts increased faster than anyone could triage them.

It wasn’t a people problem.
It wasn’t a skills problem.
